Digital Detox

One day I deleted all social media apps filling my smartphone, After that, I only log in or install apps when I need to. Basically, I set a time limit for using these apps each day. Instead, I'm reading books and playing guitar. Then, gradually, peace of mind came back to me. Sometimes it's good to spend time away from social networks, apps and electronic devices.
